We're mid-cycle with a handful of product teams, designing and building the features that actually move their roadmaps. Small engagements, deep in the code, the kind where we're in the standups and not just the invoices.
Writing more of it down.
We're putting more of how we think into the open: short essays and case studies on naming the real problem, shipping less software, and the unglamorous decisions that make a product good. The blog is where that lands.
Sharpening the studio itself.
This site is the current project we can't bill for. We're rebuilding it in code, treating every detail as a sample of the work, and cutting anything that doesn't earn its place. The page you're reading is part of that.
